## Latest Milestone: Queclink GPS Tracker Support (v1.9.3)

AdaTrack now natively ingests telemetry from **Queclink GV58CEU(CG)** and other `@Track`-compatible GPS trackers over a dedicated TCP port, following the same Transport Type setup flow as Codec8. This release also fixes three Queclink parser issues found during rollout — GTFRI mileage misreads on firmware variants with extra fields, heartbeat acks wrongly counted as parse errors, and dropped buffered/store-and-forward reports — plus a Live Map dashboard loading loop for dashboards with zero components, and a dependency bump resolving a `govulncheck` finding.

## Previous Milestone: Doc Platform Fixes (v1.9.2)

Password reset, OTP, and email-change confirmation emails now render reliably regardless of translated template string content, closing a template-injection exposure in the process. Fixed a missing FAQ heading translation key across several landing pages, bumped dependencies to resolve `govulncheck` findings, and wired up GitBook Site Git Sync.

## Previous Milestone: Persistence Fix & Platform Hardening (v1.9.1)

Self-hosted deployments now correctly persist white-label branding uploads and Indoor Floorplans plugin images across container restarts — both previously wrote to a path with no backing Docker volume. This release is otherwise a maintenance pass: backend mock generation was migrated from `mockery` v2 to v3, outstanding `govulncheck` and `golangci-lint` findings were resolved, and CI workflows were fixed up.

## Previous Milestone: Indoor Floorplans (v1.9.0)

Devices that never move now have a place on the map. **Indoor Floorplans** adds sites, per-level floorplan images (PNG/JPEG/WebP or a rasterised PDF page) and drag-to-place device positioning, with the same details panel and dashboard the live map uses. Two-point georeferencing gives placed devices real coordinates, draws the plan in position on the live map, and generates a decoder snippet so indoor positions reach geofencing, alerting and the Travel Log. Placements can also follow a device's own telemetry for UWB/BLE deployments, with a staleness fallback when a device goes quiet. Placement changes publish `floorplans.device_placed` / `floorplans.device_moved` for AdaTrack Flow. Ships as a licensed plugin with operator-configurable site, floor and upload-size limits.

## Previous Milestone: AI Token Metering (v1.8.1)

AI Assistant plugin usage — chat messages and AI Analysis workflow nodes alike — is now a real, billed platform quota instead of an invisible, unenforced plugin-local cap. AI Tokens appear on the Billing page next to your other usage charts, Flexible-tier accounts can consume metered overage above their included allotment, and administrators can grant bonus AI Tokens per user. This release also fixes a handful of Route Planning and Workflow reliability issues: AI Analysis workflow nodes previously had no quota enforcement at all, plugin-registered workflow node fields could show as unresolved, deleted workflow nodes could leave stale edges behind, and workflow node registration could race against service startup.

## Previous Milestone: Route Planning (v1.8.0)

AdaTrack now supports **Route Planning**: build reusable routes from an ordered list of stops, assign them to devices, and track real-time adherence against the plan — including deviation alerts, ETA, and stop arrival/departure via the existing Geofencing engine. The Route Builder gained an address search, freeform manual path shaping, a horizontally scrollable stop timeline, and a one-click **Optimize Route** action backed by the Mapbox Optimization API, alongside Road-Snapped routing options (avoid tolls/highways/ferries, live traffic) and per-leg distance/duration. Routes can be armed with devices for **automatic, recurring execution** — the platform starts an execution itself when an assigned device nears the route's first stop. Travel Log trips gained an editable description field, auto-populated from route executions. Saved Routes, Address Lookups, and Route Navigation Lookups are now full tier-based quotas with Flexible-tier overage billing.

## Previous Milestone: Installable Dashboard & WebSocket Resume (v1.7.3)

The AdaTrack dashboard can now be installed as a standalone app (PWA) and prompts you to reload when a tab is left open across a deployment. Dashboard tabs that reconnect after being backgrounded now recover missed real-time events via a sequence-numbered WebSocket replay instead of quietly showing stale data, covering both regular and public/kiosk dashboards. Browser tab titles are now dynamic per page and brand. Also includes report CSV export and email subject localization fixes, a transactional email visual refresh, login/register autofill fixes, and OS package CVE mitigations for the self-hosted Docker image.

## Previous Milestone: White-Label Branding, Settings Redesign & Timezone-Aware Dates (v1.7.2)

Eligible Pro and Enterprise accounts can now fully white-label AdaTrack — custom product name, colors, and logos — across the dashboard, PDF reports, and outbound emails, configured from a redesigned Settings page built around focused modals with drag-and-drop uploads and consistent explicit-save behavior. The Appearance modal gained accessibility controls (font size, high contrast, reduce motion), and timestamps throughout the dashboard and in backend-generated content (alerts, emails, reports) now render in each user's own timezone and locale instead of a fixed UTC/English format. Also includes a Mapbox attribution fix, Trip PDF map export fixes, and a round of localization corrections.
